Visual Inspection and Defect Detection

Visual inspection combines high-resolution cameras, intelligent lighting, and AI-powered image analysis to automatically detect visually identifiable anomalies on passing rail vehicles. These include visually or thermally detectable anomalies, such as hot bearings, dragging equipment, open or damaged components, missing parts, as well as identifying features such as wagon numbers and brake markings.

System design and data processing are carried out in compliance with applicable data protection and data security requirements.

Why AI-based visual inspection?
